A carnivorous way of eating, also known as an all-meat diet, is a way of eating that consists solely of animal products, including meat, fish, eggs, and dairy. While this way of eating may seem extreme to some, there are several positive health benefits associated with it.
One of the biggest benefits of a carnivore diet is weight loss. Studies have shown that high-protein diets, such as a carnivore diet, can lead to greater weight loss than low-protein diets (1, 2). This is because protein is more satiating than carbohydrates, which can lead to decreased hunger and fewer overall calories consumed.
Another benefit of a carnivore diet is improved cardiovascular health. Studies have shown that consuming a diet high in animal protein can lead to lower blood pressure and improved lipid profiles, which can reduce the risk of heart disease (3, 4).
Additionally, a carnivore diet can also improve gut health. Consuming a diet high in animal protein can lead to an increase in beneficial gut bacteria, which can improve digestion and nutrient absorption (5).
Lastly, a carnivore diet can also improve mental health. Studies have shown that consuming a diet high in animal protein can lead to an increase in the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin, which can improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety (6).

It’s important to note that many of the studies referenced are observational or short term and more research is needed to understand the long-term effects of a carnivore diet.
Additional information:
A carnivore diet has been shown to have potential benefits for individuals with diabetes. This is because a carnivore diet is typically high in protein and low in carbohydrates, which can help to improve blood sugar control.
One study found that a carnivore diet led to significant improvements in blood sugar levels and HbA1c (a measure of long-term blood sugar control) in individuals with type 2 diabetes (1). Additionally, another study found that a carnivore diet led to improvements in insulin sensitivity in individuals with type 2 diabetes (2).

A carnivore diet may have some potential benefits for individuals with fatty liver disease.
Fatty liver disease is a condition in which there is an accumulation of fat in the liver. The most common form of fatty liver disease is nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which is associated with obesity and metabolic disorders such as diabetes and insulin resistance.
A carnivore diet may have some potential benefits for individuals with NAFLD because it is typically low in carbohydrates, which can help to improve insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism. Additionally, a carnivore diet may also lead to weight loss, which is an important factor in the management of NAFLD.

The carnivore way of eating is being studied for its potential benefits in treating neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and other forms of degenerative dementia.
The carnivore way of eating works by inducing a state of ketosis, in which the body burns fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates. This can lead to a reduction in inflammation and an improvement in brain function. Studies have found that the carnivore diet can improve cognitive function and motor symptoms in individuals with Parkinson’s disease (1, 2). Additionally, studies have also found that the carnivore diet may improve memory and cognitive function in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease (3, 4).

In summation, the above are the major benefits that factor into this carnivorous way of eating. There are many others that follow this way of eating that have used it successfully to treat many other metabolic health problems, up to, and including many types of cancer. All in all, if you have a health problem you owe it to yourself to try this for at least ninety days to see if it improves your health situation. You may be one of the millions that have done so and finally realize that the things we have been taught to consume, things we are told are healthy all throughout our lives, are the things that are the real cause of most of our health problems and that those things are slowly killing us. You can actually eat a proper human diet to cure almost all of them. Or, you could just follow your doctors advice and take a pill to “manage” the symptoms while still having the underlying health problem. The choice is up to you. Take charge of your health!
Side Note: Our medical community (almost all MD’s), only receive 17 hours of training in nutrition during their time in medical school. Rest assured, your doctor (the majority) does have your best interest in mind, even though they are all too eager to prescribe you a medication to treat your condition, instead of teaching you how to actually cure your problem with eating a proper human diet. They are not evil and out to get you, they simply do not know better because they did not have that training.
They base their medical decisions upon what they learned in medical school, and with additional, updated information from studies done in the present. Studies which are most times conducted by groups that have ties with, or a financial stake in, the sugar industry, the agricultural industry, or the pharmaceutical industry.
There seems to be a huge conflict of interest in this practice and these entities do not have your best interest in mind, they only care about making as much money as possible, while spending as little money as they can when producing their product. None of these “foods” are fit for human consumption. As for the pharmaceutical community at large, they wish you to be fat, sick and on medication in order to create generation after generation of repeat customers that keep revenue flowing into their coffers.
